Taking into account your fitness goals and current fitness level, your Personal Fitness Programme is developed and overseen by FISAF-certified Personal Trainer Parwez (Sam) Naqvi. Sam guides you through your programme via one-on-one Personal Training Sessions, conducted either at your private gym (your home or condo gym) or at the trainer's gym (Fitness360 Gym located at the Gallery Hotel).
