Your Personal Fitness Programme is developed and overseen by trainer Parwez (Sam) Naqvi.
Sam is trained and certified as a Personal Trainer by FISAF (Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness Inc.) and other international certification bodies in the fitness and health industry, and has seven year's experience as a personal fitness trainer and weight loss specialist.

Sam develops your Personal Fitness Programme in three stages: firstly by discussing your goals - whether it's losing weight, toning up, building muscle, increasing stamina, or preparing for a race; secondly by determining your specific level of fitness through evaluation and testing; and finally, by designing a tailor-made programme which incorporates the results of the first two stages and is realistic, challenging and life-enhancing. Sam then guides you through your programme via one-on-one Personal Training Sessions, which are conducted either at your private gym (your home or condo gym) or at the trainer's gym (Fitness360 Gym, Gallery Hotel, 1 Nanson Road @ Robertson Quay, Singapore 238909).
