Golf Lessons
Learn to play golf or improve your game at the prestigious Asian Golf Academy, with professional coach Darren Carroll - catch Darren as a regular guest presenter on ESPN STAR Sports channel's Golf Focus TV programme on Wednesdays.

Lessons are available Tuesday - Saturday inclusive and Sunday mornings, and are conducted at the Nature Park Driving Range (formerly known as Bishan Driving Range).

Fitness Programme
Taking into account your fitness goals and current fitness level, your Personal Fitness Programme is developed and overseen by FISAF-certified Personal Trainer Parwez (Sam) Naqvi. Sam guides you through your programme via one-on-one Personal Training Sessions, conducted either at your private gym (your home or condo gym) or at the trainer's gym located at the Gallery Hotel.

Learn to play netball ! - develop game skills, keep fit, meet new people ...
Netball Singapore (NS) organises a 12-session Contiki Modular Net4all Course (Novice)
The course takes place at the Kallang Netball Centre (52 Stadium Road, Singapore 397724), and consists of a 2-hourly training session per week for a duration of 12 weeks.
Cost is S$ 90, which includes coaching fees, court fees, and equipment.

Novice courses start : Training day and time:
Friday 8 January 2010 Fridays:      7pm.- 9pm.
Saturday 9 January 2010 Saturdays: 9am.- 11am.

After the course is complete, continuing playing netball by joining the Contiki Modular Net4all Course (Intermediate) programme conducted on Monday or Wednesday evenings.
